Legnaia is a Farmer’s cooperative operating in the territory around Florence since 1903.
Today, with its 593 members is the most important reality Agricultural Cooperative in the District of Florence and one of the largest in Tuscany.
More than 21.000 Hectares are grown by our members: 2700 are dedicated to vineyards, 3000 to olive groves and about 6000 to  vegetable;, this make a production structure in the agro food very rooted and established on  the Tuscan territory.  Members provide products worth over € 3,500,000.00.
 The presence of 17 outlets in Tuscany, with over 200 employees and a turnover of over € 34,000,000.00 make it an important commercial entity and a ever  growing Cooperative.
Legnaia has always been a point of reference for the Member companies, providing consultancy services and assistance, products and tools for  professional agriculture, assisting them with the marketing of food products, which have always been grown using modern farming techniques in accordance with the  human and environmental respect.
 "Le Fattorie Toscane" develops itself from the deep knowledge of the area and production process of our Company.
Legnaia, to safeguard the Consumer, guarantees the quality and origin of products marketed and is paying particular attention to the origin of products selecting them from the best local facilities in order to meet market’s needs which are always changing.
 Mission of the project is to introduce the excellence of our members’ products all over the world by developing a complete range of food: wine, olive oil, honey, pasta, meats, cheeses and whatever else satisfy quality’s requirements  and respect for the environment, which is a representation of  our being "Tuscany".
 The development of a commercial export-oriented branch inside our company is our dream, and the ambitious project will involve all traditional distribution chains.
